I laughed,I cried......it was the best of times,it was the worst of times.
Poor kid,a damn phonebook!!?? I guess EB's number is in there somewhere........man would I lose what little control I have lol.I bought mine at an EB games as well..........never did trust that 'one' guy......................
Honestly, some peoples actions are hard to understand, that type of behavior is deplorable at best.
bubs for the heads-up budget.=)
Wow,people were mugged and stabbed trying to get launch 3's? Where was this?,and what manner of base defiler would do this!??
I had to drive for 3hrs.to get mine(tragedy,I know) and remember lamenting the drive the entire time, but I suppose the drive was minor as opposed to stabbings!.
Is it 'worth' doing anything that requires effort? ask yourself this, therein lies the answer.
This article doesn't pose a question in so much as it answers whether or not subtle attempts at propaganda should be tolerated in games journalism.Any journalism for that matter.
Agenda driven inane babble that not meant to make one think rather the opposite.Fomenting unrest,at any cost......even one's integrity sadly enough.:(
I suspect that bubbles will continue to disappear as long as you(me,we,they,us,anyone) admit to being part of anything Sony related.
Cowardly, yes and childish also yes but by no means surprising.
Here,have a bub,I won't hoard them today.=)
No better time than now.
It's a superb device that combines great games, great features and great reliability into one handsome black cadillac.
Launch 60gig(BC) with Resistance:FOM,649$ cdn.Run it hard,on average 35+hrs.weekly and it doesn't break a sweat.
Money well earned and well spent.=)
I 'developed' my mind through a painstaking process that involved complex experimental trials of reason and comprehension. It wasn't easy but it was worth it........until I read this.......
If you hit rock bottom.......continue to dig I suppose.
I beg to differ.Warhawk is brilliant,MGO is an acquired taste but unique and also exceptional,LBP resides in a class all it's own,to play it is to understand.KZ is a truly rewarding experience,it takes some time to become proficient but proficiency has it's rewards.R2 is another great game,it can be hectic at times and spiral into absolute chaos at others but it is untouched at what it does.
Bash away,it changes nothing, perception perhaps but that is fleeting. It is hard to perceive that which is viewed from a distance.
Sony's lineup appeals to my gaming likes/dislikes more than Nintendo and MS respectively,it isn't rocket surgery.Win/lose,it is perceived differently.
Give me(us,you, them,we,various people) Demon's souls and GT5 with a sprinkling of UC2(for good measure) this year and.......somehow I win. What comes after?....let me think on that when the need arises. One man wins and is condemned for his victory.......you know the rest.
I would and will be wrong. For many it was a glimpse, once 'glimpsed' it was remembered as a start not an end.Great game, poor mechanics but easy to learn.Sadly, unlearning said mechanics proved disastrous for some.
Hindsight is 20/20 and all that.........it was enjoyable,is still and will likely always be.
@onanie
At some point impossibility discreetly merged with ' inevitability ',I agree,PS3 exclusives are conveniently overlooked yet undeniably first in class.=)
Debatable.Subtle attempt at gauging public rather 'gamer' opinion considering recent events?.......perhaps not as debatable.
Cod4 was an awesome experience,if not a defining one but it had flaws and it left openings......as I learned later.King? opinion dictates,as it stands I would grant it title 'she seduced me,it isn't an excuse but it was damn fine..........for awhile'
edit-I will back-up the Warhawk school on this one.Agreed =)
60 hours+=Money well spent.
Phantoms that suddenly turn on you at the worst possible moment...."what I do" lol, damn ruthless.Black phantom it is then............=)
You can invade someone else's game and help or.......perhaps hinder them!? and they can do this to you!?
Could you 'liberate' them of there equipment if you were so inclined?
Team up(temporary alliance) and take down bosses etc..
I need this game.one more thing,hours,would you say 50+?
Thnx Chisox =)
Everything I have seen and heard of this game only serves to fuel my need of it.I hadn't even heard of this game until a month or so ago.Lamenting the lack of quality rpg's and then this appears out of nowhere.Any confirmed NA release date? I know(presume) this year, hopefully fall? The co-op supports up to 4?
Someone else had remarked that it borrows from D&D in some respects.Day one.
snp, your comment is probably closer to the truth than many would care to admit or even consider.=)
I personally am a little questioning of Activision's motives on this.
The PS3 has a strong install base and a loyal following, perhaps lacking somewhat in NA but still by no logical means 'failing'.MW2 will do a disgusting amount of sales as it stands now,on both platforms without a doubt. It stands to reason that the 360 numbers will be greater,it is more affordable and has the benefit of a year+ of exposure. The PS3 could(reasonably) do with a price cut but to presume rather insist that ...
Not so much. The fox attempting to steal one more from the henhouse, not because he is hungry but rather greedy and this time the rooster is ready.
I thought I would try..........oh well,cant win em all lol =)
Who is PP?
Well said, good post. You do realise that that kind of logic can have dire consequences here right? lol,j/k
Bubs to you-I am not hoarding them today :)
